Photoshop for Art Dept ONLINE
This ONLINE course is designed to be a basic-level, hands-on Adobe Photoshop class for Art Directors, Assistant Art Directors, Set Designers and Illustrators who work using the "digital worktable."
After covering the basic tools to get you started, the class will move on to specific techniques and uses of Photoshop that may be of value for art department usage: Creating backdrops from scratch using collage techniques to combine real photographs, CG elements and painted elements, then retouching them to blend together seamlessly. Then you will be using Photoshop's tools to quickly create different moods and lighting to choose from.
Also covered will be creating textures using similar techniques and how to apply them to prepared 3D objects.
